At this exact moment in time I am on hold to M&S as it looks like some of the canapes we've ordered for after the service (and need to serve cold) require heating when on the website it says "Ready to eat". If they're anything like the automated woman on the phone who has been telling me "One of our advisers will be with you shortly," for the past 20 minutes then they're lying.
I've had a fluttery ear momentarily for the past couple of days but not feeling too stressed yet.
