Reeeeesult! 2005-06-21 | 4:37 p.m. I think ringing up uni forty minutes ago to find out my degree result was one of the most stressful and worrying things I've ever had to do. Having to wait all day was excruciating. I was actually shaking as I dialled the number. I got a 2:1. I am so immensely happy with this. For anyone unfamiliar with the class system, this is a GOOD degree class and what I was desperately aiming for in my three years at uni in between trips to the pub. I'm now looking forward to receiving the breakdown of my results in the post because I, for one, am hugely pleased that the dreadful effort I handed in as a dissertation amazingly, astonishingly and wonderfully didn't bring my mark down. |
